Normal mayo (like Hellmann’s or Heinz) is fine and all, but goddamn Kewpie mayo is the shit. It’s easily top 3 readymade condiments in our fridge; we’ve always got a bottle on the go!
That was a genuinely interesting read and I can’t quite get over the figures involved. Sure, you hear of people earning big money on only fans but $13 million is wild. Appreciate that’s only a tiny percentage but I’ve seen CEOs of well known companies that take home far less than that per year.
I do wonder how it’s all sustainable though - I guess for the individuals maybe not but as long as there’s a fresh influx of creators and consumers, the company can keep running ad infinitum.
You’re making a great decision! It’s more expensive than regular mayo but jeez is it worth every penny. We have a Korean shop near us which stocks it at lower prices than regular supermarkets, so we go and stock up occasionally
