Communism inevitably will always lead to dictatorship and totalitarianism.

In order to become a communist state, you have to: 1.) Get a bit army or group of people to enforce the upcoming rules. 2.) Force people to get rid of private ownership or threaten them to give it up. This will piss a lot of people off. 3.) Get rid of them if they don’t. This will piss a lot of people off. 4.) Realize that you’ve pissed a lot of people off, and that your the only power in the land, you definitely don’t want to give this up. 5.) Enact a single party system…oh, fuck…

Communism doesn’t work on a large-scale, and it’s not sustainable. By it’s very nature it’s extremely prone to abuse, and fundamentally impossible to install any sort of checks and balances on a single party-system. Look how bad it is with a two-party system in the US.

  • It’s so frustrating that they’d rather block all progress towards their direction because it’s not an abrupt enough change. It’s also the reason that they will never get anything done, they are letting perfection be the enemy of any and all progress.

Edit: Even if you support some of their ideas, they will insult and ridicule you for not supporting absolutely everything they support. God forbid you want to start progressing towards a socialized democracy, it’s either radical revolution, or you’re a imperialist cuck. Rather than help people see their views they’d rather drive off any and all support. Honestly, they are the Alt-Left and are no better than the Alt-Right when it comes to discussion. You’ll be banned before you even get a response to any questions you may have.

  • “Limitations foster creativity.”

100% agree. But there’s no reason to limit innovation because some people can’t take advantage of it. Just like we shouldn’t force people to have to consistently upgrade just to have access to something, however there should be a limit to this. 20 years of tech changes is huge. You could get 2 Gb of Ram in a computer on most home computers back in the early-mid 2000’s…that’s two decades ago.

I’m still gaming on my desktop that I built 10 years ago quite comfortably.

  • I’ve seen a lot more goofy statements like this, to the point that it feels purposeful. Find a small article that’s growing, about a topic that people are interested, and make totally incorrect statements about “Dems” and then just shuffle off when challenged on them.

Democrats wholeheartedly support unions, advocate for the rights of workers, and support the rights of the people, whereas Conservatives do not. They take a more business-oriented stance that fights against unions, providing better results for business owners.

  • Yeah. It’s bad. In case anyone can’t see the writing on the wall, they are going to give everyone vouchers so that they can afford to leave public schools and go to private schools and then gut them later.

The vouchers will further tank public schools. Republicans will then be able to argue that public schools are failing, that attendance rates as abysmal, and they should shut down funding to them (and conservative voters will eat that shit up as their entire world view is based on sound bites they got from Fox News). I bet the voucher programs don’t last much longer after that once there is no alternative.
