It was one of those times when you already have something that’s working for you just fine and it wasn’t important enough to change it.

I was still using one of those til 2012. That’s what I get for having an old car. I did upgrade to a mini disc player tho.

Does Shadow of the Colossus count? I didn’t get very far in the game but I did enjoy the parts I did play of The Last Guardian.

I was talking about persistence, as in not giving up. Persistence is a must for souls games so you’re going to have to like the process of failing a lot and then finally getting the relief that comes at the very end.

It’s just as hard as any other game on the hardest difficulty. The only difference is there is no difficulty setting.

Try it out. You don’t have to be amazingly good, you just have to be persistent and learn from your mistakes.

I leave mine in the rice cooker but no more than a day. It’s starts to get slimy after that and clearly inedible.

My library offers free accounts for online courses like Coursera and Udemy. Saved me a few hundred bucks when I was trying to get into UX and web development. All I had to give was an email and choose my local library from a list, that was literally it. I was surprised these things were readily available for free with no hassle.

Lock them up!

Why would it matter? The business is now closed for the day. No one should be here.

And that’s why I don’t feel guilty not tipping some places. What am I tipping for? Nothing.

I was seriously considering accepting a remote job where they apparently make their employees install spyware so the employer can see employees through the webcam to make sure they’re at their desk working.

Oh yeah I definitely would have been curious.
