If the Palestinians who are under constant bombardment, genocide, aid blockade, facing starvation, stuck in a concentration camp, losing loved ones left and right and more haven’t given up and refuse to give up then nobody else has the “right” to. It’s a human duty to stand up against shit like this and at the very least, if the world and the most privileged masses such as westerners don’t then it’s what I see as my duty as a colonized person, a communist, a human and for those that claim religious should be a religious one as well. Things are bleak but it’s not over. Nothing can bring back the ones lost but there’s countless still here but the fact pissrael still hasn’t managed to eliminate Hamas like they said they would or break the spirit of the Palestinian people then it shows it won’t end until the occupation does. The Gaza genocide bears a lot of similarities to the Namibian genocide perpetrated by the germans in the early 20th century and I reccomend people who haven’t heard of it to do their research on it. Bleak situation, a huge part of the population exterminated and yet still emerged victorious. Not to mention this recent escalation has deepend and worsened a lot of decades old divides in pissraeli society, such as the ruling and privileged ashkenazi jews vs every other jew like the mizrahi and sephardic who are usually cast aside, the orthodox who oppose the war vs the secular or less devout that support it, the jewish settlers vs other non-jewish settlers or people who reside in occupied Palestine such as “israeli” arabs. It’s not imprudent to say this could easily lead to a civil war that has been in the making since the inception of the illegitimate terrorist state which will further cripple it in every way, joining that with a crippling economic crisis and record numbers of “israelis” leaving in droves, all of this could very well spell the eventual end of what we know as “israel”, the regime has been showing obvious signs of “dying empire syndrome” that get worse as time goes on. No matter what they do, you can’t mantain a society like that, it will implode, it’s a matter of when which I cannot say accurately but it will come to a point, especially if a civil war breaks out which I believe it will that mantaining it will no longer be seen as a net positive for both the US and the EU.
