To me, this isn’t “urbanhell” because “urbanhell” is not just things in a city that you don’t appreciate, there is supposed to be a dystopian bent to it.
At the least there’s supposed to be a scale to it… this could very well be in a rural area, in the back of a block or two with buildings on it.
