I swear to god the US gerontocracy seems to think “AI” and data center adoption is gonna be like computerization in the 70s;

That if we adopt it fast enough, then our “enemies” wont be able to catch up and then just collapse because of their inferior economic system… Maybe that’s not a bad thing for them to be acting on that delusion, but its kinda galling to have to live under and read about.
