You have to ask whether a not whether a movie based on an ancient Greek poem that burns out all the ancient Greek historical/mythological context so you’re just left with a story about a warrior killing people in the east and returning home and killing everyone who “sullied his house” and then crying about it, all released in 2026 right wing hellworld and catering to those “people”, is woke or not? Not to mention them chucking plastic skeleton props into environmentally protected areas of an Italian sea and leaving them to decompose and poison the environment?
