Just blatant corruption with no attempt to conceal it. I really wish some government agency would take action and start persecute these people, it’s probably the only way to get rid of Infantile
The Cristiano Ronaldo one was bad enough, but to do it mid-tournament in favour of the host nation during the knockout phase is just so, so blatant. We all know FIFA is corrupt but the way they don’t even try to hide it now is farcical.
I don’t think Poch has the backbone to play Pepi over Balogun, which is the only way the usmnt could salvage any amount of credibility here. I can’t imagine the RBFA not taking this to CAS (and they clearly should).
