The actual question posed in the article: Should Europe adopt more of the YIMBY movement that has arisen in the U.S as a response to bad zoning and housing shortages?

To me, the answer is yes - we have a serious NIMBY problem to be eradicated on this side of the Atlantic as well

America needs to die, not to spread. It’s been a 250-year failed societal experiment with only a few decades of showing hopeful signs of improvements.
