I know phone companies and social media companies are unethical and exploitative but seriously… We know the phones are not helping Learn to uninstall the app or turn the thing off. If you’re using your phone as escapism, the phone isn’t the problem, the thing you’re escaping from is!

Like if you don’t escape with the marketed methods and lifestyles they provide, than you just get outcasted. It all feels like an evil plan.
