EDITORIAL. The release of the French Parliament commission's report on the psychological effects of TikTok on minors marks progress in the fight against the potential harmful impacts of social media on young people's mental health.

Minors should not be allowed on the internet at all. Or maybe limited to wikipedia and other information sources.
