trans trucks…??, of course they are, they transport tucks!
They are literally full of trans fluid, how could anybody be surprised by this

If you are surprised by that most Americans want more rights for cars and trucks than for people you have not been paying attention.
We largely refer to machines as “she” as well. So putting nuts on it definitely counts as making it trans.

If your truck was made without and you put nuts on it I don’t make the rules snowflake nuts that truck is trans if you got a problem take it up with god
I installed a hitch receiver on my sedan pre-pandemic so I could do light truck stuff with it. I’ve been tempted to get truck nuts for it ever since because I think it would be funny.
