This is CRAZY! And as the Chief of Police I want to say it’s HORRIBLE that UNKNOWN, MASKED, ARMED MEN are MURDERING AMERICANS IN THE STREETS! It’s BAD! I want you to KNOW this because I’m NOT going to Arrest or in ANY way shape or form slow Down these UNKNOWN DANGEROUS MURDERERS!
