@bonnashejve@europe.pub and I welcome reasonable, fact-based discussion and different perspectives. But this space is not for personal attacks, hate speech, or inflammatory behavior.

I understand that some of you, especially those from Hexbear, may have different views. That’s okay. But I created Europe Pub to support and strengthen the European Fediverse and promote European democratic values - not those of authoritarian regimes like Russia. I’m not ready to let go of democracy.

If you believe something in a post is factually incorrect, you’re absolutely free to point it out, objectively and respectfully. This space is meant for constructive conversation, not hostility.

So please: engage thoughtfully, disagree respectfully, and above all, be kind to each other.

Thank you, tfm. I am totally support your post and do believe in democratic values. And I believe it is not a place where russian trolls can easily spread russian propaganda and manipulate human minds. Before accusing a person or whole country in crimes - they need to prove it. If we talk about Volyn tragedy - it is russian propaganda and there is no serious historical foundation for such claims. I can give you bunch of researches made by Ukrainian historians (Volyn is Ukrainian territory) who deny all these accusations. Moscow uses this lie to sow hatred between Ukrainians and Poles and bring his politicians to power in Poland. The information space has become a springboard for war and it is very important to distinguish lies from truth!

We have at our disposal all the documents that confirm the crimes of Moscow during the times of the USSR on territories of Ukraine, Belorus, Poland and Kuban and despite the crimes, Moscow has so far remained unpunished. I find it unacceptable to revive the cult of Stalin or Hitler, deny their crimes, and accuse others of their own crimes. All this creates impunity and a desire to continue crimes against humanity. Since Moscow’s crimes during the USSR were not condemned and punished, Moscow continues to commit them.

And currently Moscow accuses Ukrainian fighters (ZSU in general and Azov special forces in particular) in genocidical actions in territories that they occupied. That cannot be tolerated, I believe there are no place in Europe.pub for people who spread such accusations and deny Bucha and other cities massacres made by russians in Ukraine. The goal of spreading such lies is to dehumanize Ukrainians as a nation and to legalize Russia’s attack on Ukraine and the mass murder of Ukrainians as well as to whitewash Russia’s reputation (so that it can avoid punishment).

Ukraine has documented well these crimes and continues documenting ALL russian crimes on Ukrainian territory. Thats why accusing Ukrainian fighters in so-called nazism/genocide cannot be tolerated. I can give you all data required. I do believe we should understand difference between tolerating other opinion and spreading russian nazism and lie among people. My goal is to fight for truth and I am not going to tolerate lie.
