    German governments certainly don’t act like this isn’t the plan. It’s not that they’re doing nothing to reduce emissions, but they’re not doing their part to prevent this (even if it’s inevitable at this point given the global political climate, but at least the EU could do a lot more and Germany has considerable influence there).

      Its about how climate change will shift the climatic conditions of German cities towards the southwest, mostly towards central France.
