    The guy is a douche, but considering the shit that a lot of guys that went through Lejeune have had happen, it might actually be a valid claim that he was/is a douche because of the problems caused by the water there. There really is a big section of vets that had personality and cognitive changes due to that.

    Which isn’t exactly on topic of the headline, but in the article he ascribes his bad behavior then to those effects.
