The dasher sees the first name of the client, if it was Veronica this is a sexist statement? I think that type of thinking just ends with most nice people not saying anything at all.

For women the sexist reason would be forcing women to smile just to look beautiful regardless of their emotional needs. For men it’s masking pain and being tough. Which, if you ask me can also disregard their needs and be toxic, depending on the context…
So if they knew the customer was a woman they shouldn’t have said this?
