It’s just a comic and not a scientific journal. It shows a couple of boys talking. It’s reasonable to assume that boys would think you could be born strong. There is a disorder called “Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy” and those born with it have twice the muscle mass as normal people. You should be able to get the gist of what is being conveyed without over-analyzing it. There’s always one “Well, Actually…” guy in every comment section!
