Isn’t any training better than no training?

I (trade apprentace) have a lot going for me and they (college grads) stress the f* out.

What does this mean? My first assumption is there are 4 classes, 1%, wealthy, middle class, poor.
Does that mean that between the 1% and poor, there 27 years shaved off your life?

What a child. If he didn’t actually do the crimes, he never would have been taken to court. Getting off on technicalities or by the judges you paid off doesn’t make you innocent. I swear it’s like talking to my six year old.

It’s for smaller, less armed countries to put political pressure on the US to protect them. It’s going to be a while before the UN is strong enough to stand without the US and China knows this and are mostly self sufficient already.
It’s a weird move choosing a woman. Our current administration doesn’t seem to respect women at all.

Ooooooooh, is that what that is!? Malicious compliance? That’s bullshit if true.
I keep getting ads that blast right out of the gates saying “my husband prematurely ejaculates…” in the middle of the day. Or “problems getting rock hard?” I got my kids next to me. Like WTF? If it’s supposed to profile me, it’s broken. I don’t need or want ED pills and even if I did, why are the ads so crass?

So AI is… inbreeding?
Doubling down on your own lack of knowledge is certainly a choice. What are your thoughts on millenniums old Japanese and Chinese wooden architecture? Let me guess “hur dur hurr I am funny”.
It’s not dry tinder, it’s pressure and chemical treated lumber that’s extremely fire resistant but not fire proof and yes, I’ve made a living installing false walls for people that want extra insulation in drafty brick building, or to hang things like white boards or medical equipment.
Just because you don’t know about it doesn’t mean it’s not done around the world. It just means you should recognize when you’re wrong. It’s a valuable skill in life.
Wow, you sure are confidently incorrect. There’s paneling, wainscoting, and shiplap to name a few appliqués. Some people even build false walls to install pipes, cables, or extra insulation. It also helps with hanging things like TV’s or family photos. Not like a fucking tree house XD. Additionally, some old brick buildings you can’t modify due to historic building codes so the only way to “modify” the structure is to build around it.
My cats open emails all the time and reply “fwygdredcxadssfgvhygvvgcxxeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee”

…and when it’s time to run? Tool use didn’t stop a 400lbs gorilla from ripping you limb from limb. Dicks out for Harambe. I’m still not over it.

🎼🎵Eatn’ gooood in your neighborhood. Sponsored by Applebee’s.
Holy shit, that song feels like forever ago Tosh.O. 17 years… fuck you, man.

I’ll just leave the most recent example here (there are literally dozens like him)…
“A New York driver was identified in spring 2025 as the city’s most reckless after a black Audi A6, driven by a driver named Dillon Wertz, accumulated 563 traffic and camera-issued tickets in 2024 alone, mostly for speeding. The vehicle’s total violations reached 968, with fines potentially exceeding $58,000, though the driver had already paid over $46,000 at the time of the reports. Despite the high number of violations, the driver remains on the road and continues to drive recklessly”

While I agree with the message this statue is trying to convey, that’s a horrible Trump. He’s missing a hundred lbs, a vagina neck, lifts, tiny hands, and a fat tie.
Fuck. I’m 8/8. Time to see a professional.

Non-standard as in there’s no standard in cables. Some support fast charging some don’t. Some support hdmi, some don’t support data at all. They won’t catch fire to anything. If the bricks are under powered because they were meant for a kids toy it won’t catch fire, it just won’t charge as fast.
If a manufacturer suddenly decides to support 500W charging, none of us will have the gear to support that and companies like Anker or UGREEN will be more than willing to price gouge the cables and bricks we would need. It’s already happening at 65W.
I guess I don’t understand the metric of success. My training at work has helped me recognize risks more than most of my family that has no idea what root domain URL scam is. Did most of my family fail? Yes. Did 20% learn something and avoid risk? Yes.
In large companies the training is for liability purposes, “see they all passed their tests, we tried to warn them”. People are always going to be the attack vector, that’s unavoidable… but 20% success is better than 0% success. As an admin, if I received a 20% spike in phishing reports, that’s statistically significant and should be looked into and stopped (proxy violation).
Cost of training is unavoidable and budgeted for.
