From what I’ve seen, they’re more democratic socialist than communist. Besides, Russia and China may claim to be communist, but they really are not.

I’m not sure what I consider myself to be, but all I know is that US capitalism has been running rampant and dooming us all, and my current situation involves censorship and oppression under a Chinese dictatorship. Europe is nice, especially Germany and Sweden; I like that, whatever they are.

Game are still very much all functionally tied to framerates; it’s all just a matter of making that logic function the same across different hardware and framerates, generally calculated from frame times (we call it “delta time”).

to be fair, though, 1 and 0 are just binary representations of values, same as decimal and hexadecimal. within your example, we’d absolutely find the entire works of shakespeare encoded in ascii, unicode, and lcd pixel format with each letter arranged in 3x5 grids.

Here in Hong Kong, we have three official languages: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (okay, two only if you count Canto and Mandarin as one language, in which case dllm), and all three are taught in schools (Mandarin generally up to grade 9, the rest up to grade 12).
