I have chickens, they are adorable. Dumb as a box of hair with no survival instinct, but adorable :)

I’ve got some buff orpintons which have very fluffy pants on, I’ve got two blue splash with puffy fluff cheeks, a silver lace wyandotte who had her best formalwear on, and some olive eggers which are your standard chicken looking chicken, but they are super friendly whoch makes them cute too!

  • In my case I like being a healer because it’s the one role nearly everyone else tends to be dogshit with and constantly wiping doesn’t scream “fun” to me. I was the main healer and raid leader for my guild when I played WoW (holy priest, never respecced), and I genuinely enjoyed the constant stream of things to pay attention to. As long as my running mates were doing their jobs adequately, my job was very active-zen. We rarely wiped, and even PUGs went smoothly most of the time because a good healer can make up for a lot of shit from a bad tank or aggro-pulling dps.

I had a couple mods, nothing that automated heals or anything, just UI tweaks to clean up clutter and then add more, but different, clutter, like an extra 3 rows of hotbinds and combo macros so literally everything was easily accessible. Cuz if you think I used keybinds to cast anything, you’d be wrong. Clicky clicky!

Kinda miss playing, tbh, but I stopped liking the sort of people who play it…

  • Qr codes are way way way too easy to abuse for me to be willing to scan them. Especially for something as routine as ordering food. I certainly won’t touch an app or make an account.

And thats to say nothing of the other nonsense. Why do you need cookies to show me a static menu? Why are you partnered with hundreds of others to share my data?

  • I’ve switched everything I can away from subscriptions, even swapping to pre-paid phone plan. If I could do the same with my Internet or insurance, I absolutely would.

I like not having small-ish amounts of money come out every month. It’s easier to plan for a big chunk once a year. It’s also much easier to see tiny customer-fucking price increases because they represent a greater difference in annual payment over monthly.

  • I have absolutely no idea how to find reference to this at this point because every search I do results in absolute bullshit that’s not related (like apparently the most liquid currency is the diarrhea coin… a problem that didn’t exist a few years ago…), but I recall reading about a practice from like the medieval era or something where special coins were made that contained heavy metals, and when consumed, would induce diarrhea. They would be retrieved, washed, and reused, and even passed down in families.

Today we know how bad of an idea something like that is, but then, like with radiation, it was all ghosts in the blood causing problems. Shitting blood was normalized.
