If people are actually protesting, of course I don’t consider it a joke. I just thought the one in February 5th was a joke, everyone was guilt tripping me for asking questions but refused to answer them.

50501 didn’t turn out to be a prank? My state’s “organizer” was a deleted reddit post with no other contact info, the posters named three different start times, and only two people claimed to have links to the signal chat and stopped replying when I asked for it, even though they offered.

I visited the subreddit three days before it was supposed to take place, and they were still figuring out basics. One of the top posts was discussing the dress code (consensus seemed to be wearing blue + American flag scarfs), and the one person pointing out how impractical and dangerous that was for a protest was getting downvoted.

Thats the reason I’m not protesting, btw. One protest in my area and it seemed like either a joke, a honeypot, or like a teenager came up with it.

There are a lot of people who would rush me to the hospital but also voted to take away my rights and worse. I don’t know if I believe in good people these days.

• 6:00: I’m not going to get a full workout in anyway, I’m just going to eat breakfast now and go to the gym after work
• 7:30: time to go to work! oh no I’m still in my gym clothes

• 7:50: oh god I forgot about the school zone

This was my philosophy, then I realized I prefer crossword puzzles and sudoku on my phone because I can do it one-handed so I can pet my cat at the same time.

No. They don’t just paste the contents of the book into the subtitles, they transcribe the dialogue and sfx just like they do for original shows. It would be pretty crappy if a deaf/HoH person wanted to experience a movie like normal but the accessibility features were repurposed for speed reading.

Unfortunately a lot of things can’t be recycled (at least in my neck of the woods) but still aren’t safe to burn.

Not that I’m kidding myself that those are the only things that end up in landfills. The whole infrastructure needs to be redone but no one who’s able to do that cares enough.

I work for a big corp that already ignores their own regulations :) I’ll start opening products, pissing in them, and putting them back on the shelf. It won’t help anything but I’ll personally enjoy it

I went through a terrible in-between phase where I first went from drawing cartoony people to trying to draw more realistic ones. Never had an art class or anything, pretty sure I have aphantasia too, so I was just raw dogging it until I learned how to use refs. I specifically remember constantly attaching the thumb at a weird angle and wondering why my characters looked like they had crab claws.

That or some niche porn because I started thinking too hard about how my interspecies characters would have sex. Most of my characters aren’t even attractive to me but that didn’t keep me from drawing them doing shit to each other’s junk.
