If only euros understood that if they use their damn EU properly, they could absolutely reassert they sovereignty, kick out the US, withstand its rage, and become an actual global industrial powerhouse. Can you imagine an organization with the command over states of the EU made of African or Latin American countries? It would achieve astounding things. Euros understand (as imperialists) they just prevent such a thing forming elsewhere in the world, but have willingly crippled their own unity for the sake of the US.
