Secretary of State Marco Rubio tamped down expectations Monday on progress made toward opening the Strat of Hormuz after signally a day earlier that he might have "good news" within hours.
Right? It’s not like they should be concerned for an external super power coming at them out of the blue trying to annihilate them and need a proven deterrent to stop such a thing from happening.
This is just Trump whipping people into a frenzy. Remember “The Caravan” of migrants heading to America? Thousands of desperate, criminal, mentally ill, diseased maniacs were going to swarm over the border and kill us all, if we didn’t elect MAGAs in the Midterms.
Then the Midterms ended, there was no invasion, and it was never mentioned again.
Same thing here. There’s no threat, there never was a threat, and if they had a nuke, they’d do what everyone else with a nuke does - use it defensively to keep from getting attacked. EVERYBODY knows that if a country used a nuke offensively for ANY reason, every other country in the world would bomb them out of existence.
Frankly, I’m much more afraid of Israel with a nuke than Iran.
