Put some sweet pea pods and chopped green onions into your ramen. Doesn’t add much time or effort but adds tons of flavor.

I say just take a fucking multivitamin. And magnesium.
Vitamin D tends to bind to the iron in multivitamins, cancelling out the effects of both. I don’t know if the same goes for other combinations, but it’s probably safer to get vitamins from normal food.
I have doubts its the same for the body. Vitamins from a pill and vitamins from proper food…
Even proper food has fewer nutrients than it used to
Just take them during the meal to trick the body into absorbing them.
