A bus covered in Trump merchandise crashed in Dongan Hills, taking out several signs in the process, totaling the vehicle.

heavy vehicle for commercial purposes.

They were transporting and selling merchandise out of it. I bet they wrote its expenses off their taxes. Sounds commercial to me.
